RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY

As stated in the Terms & Conditions, Peaches & Fern does not offer warranty on any item purchased through the market.

ALL SALES FINAL:

  • SHAMPOO, SOAPS, LOTIONS

  • CLOTHING

  • CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS

RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

  • HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

  • CLOTHING

  • JEWELRY

CHANGE OF MIND

If the customer is to change their mind about a product they have received they have 30 days to contact Peaches & Fern to start the return. The product must have tags and show no visible signs of wear or damages. 

Customer will be responsible for shipping return costs.

Upon returning, email tracking number to abbigail@peachesandfern.com.

The refund process will not start until Peaches & Fern receives the item back.

Peaches & Fern will email Customer upon receiving the shipment and the customer can then choose for an item exchange or an instore credit in the amount of the returned item as the form of refund.

BROKEN PRODUCT

As stated above and in the Terms & Conditions there are no warranties on any items sold by Peaches & Fern.

Peaches & Fern will take all precautions on shipping fragile items in adequate supportive materials to ensure safe delivery to you. If there are any damages to the item through the mail, you have 24 hours of receiving the shipment to send photos and proof to abbigail@peachesandfern.com, we will discuss further steps if the time comes. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

If Peaches & Fern were to issue a product in the mail and it were to be deemed lost or stolen by the mail carrier, Peaches & Fern will issue a new shipment right away and take care of communications between carrier and company.
